Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Solutions Lead Analyst is responsible for leading and implementing complex finance transformation initiatives. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the function. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness and be able to apply risk and issue management skills to ensure timely delivery of regulatory, internal audit, and strategic commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee finance transformational efforts related to consent orders and target state priorities, aligned with firm-wide transformational goals.
  • Contribute to the design, roll-out, and governance of financial solutions.
  • Develop and operate necessary governance forums and frameworks to drive transformational objectives and establish policies and standards for global finance processes.
  • Participate in formulating and setting strategic direction for finance across Citi businesses, products, functions, and locations.
  • Provide advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm or business unit strategy.
  • Manage a portfolio of transformation programs/projects and project managers, overseeing standardized planning and progress reporting.
  • Highlight transformation progress to management across transformation metrics and success criteria.
  • Regularly interact with peers and senior management within the firm and externally, including regulators and professional organizations.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.
  • Project management, transformation, change management, vendor management, issue management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve the goals of the function.
  • Communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • PMO systems expert (project tracking and reporting automation tools).
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products/systems.
  • CPA/PMP preferred.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
