Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Finance Solutions Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Transformation initiative, you will play a critical role in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions to drive business growth and improve financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expertise on Oracle Accounting Foundation Cloud Service product capabilities and implementation.
- Support functional lead in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, and solution design activities.
- Prepare high-quality business requirements and provide input and guidance on functional design documents.
- Engage with technology teams to provide SME support on development of Citi solutions not met by Oracle out-of-the-box capability.
- Provide input to test preparation activities, training material development, and process documentation as required.
- Work closely with Finance and program cross-functional teams to support testing and business readiness activities.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience with global corporations and financial services experience gained in Banking or in a consulting role.
- Track record of substantial transformations with on-premise Oracle EBS or SAP R/3, Oracle ERP including Accounting Hub or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Understanding of accounting concepts both US GAAP and IFRS, general ledger processes, Chart of Accounts design, and close, consolidation processes.
- Understanding of the regulatory and control requirements around Citigroup's ledgers including ICOFR and SOX.
- Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and organized.
- Pro-active problem-solver who works well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong written/verbal communications skills; must be concise, articulate, and persuasive with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions and the judgment and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating complex, highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels within the organization including a proactive and fully transparent approach to communicating issues/requests.
- Growth mindset, seeking and implementing feedback and maintaining flexibility to pivot and course correct as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or related field is required; CPA or equivalent will be a differentiator.
- Recent experience and knowledge of Oracle Finance cloud modules. Relevant Oracle or SAP expert certification will be an advantage.
- Experience of operating in a disciplined program management environment.
