Job Title: Oracle Finance Solutions Lead Analyst

Join Citigroup Inc. as a highly skilled Oracle Finance Solutions Lead Analyst and play a key role in the implementation of the Oracle Accounting Foundation Cloud Service application for Citi.

About the Role:

This is a strategic position that requires a deep understanding of Oracle's Accounting Foundation Cloud Service product capabilities and implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance and program cross-functional teams to support testing and business readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise on Oracle's Accounting Foundation Cloud Service product capabilities and implementation.
  • Support functional lead in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, and solution design activities.
  • Prepare high-quality business requirements and provide input and guidance on functional design documents.
  • Engage with technology teams to provide SME support on development of Citi solutions not met by Oracle out of the box capability.
  • Provide input to test preparation activities, training material development, and process documentation as required.
  • Work closely with Finance and program cross-functional teams to support testing and business readiness activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with global corporations and financial services experience gained in Banking or in a consulting role.
  • Track record of substantial transformations with on-premise Oracle EBS or SAP R/3, Oracle ERP including Accounting Hub or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts both US GAAP and IFRS, general ledger processes, Chart of Accounts design, and close, consolidation processes.
  • Understanding of the regulatory and control requirements around Citi's ledgers including ICOFR and SOX.
  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and organized.
  • Pro-active problem-solver who works well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills; must be concise, articulate, and persuasive with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions and the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels within the organization including a proactive and fully transparent approach to communicating issues/requests.
  • Growth mindset, seeking and implementing feedback and maintaining flexibility to pivot and course correct as needed.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or related field is required; CPA or equivalent will be a differentiator.
  • Recent experience and knowledge of Oracle Finance cloud modules. Relevant Oracle or SAP expert certification will be an advantage.
  • Experience of operating in a disciplined program management environment.
