Job Summary:

The Application Support Manager is responsible for leading a team of Support Specialists to ensure efficient resolution of support tickets and calls. They will work closely with the Assistant Director of Nitro Support Services to develop support standards and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and guide Support team members, providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional growth.
Establish and uphold support standards to maintain consistency in team workflows.
Develop and maintain Support metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members to build a highly skilled and motivated Support team.
Take responsibility for team productivity, identifying and resolving issues preventing the team from reaching their full potential.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Five+ years of experience in support center settings, with two+ years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
