Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Waxing Specialist/Esthetician/Threader to join our team at Sugaring NYC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sugaring services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sugaring services that meet our quality and time standards, adhering to our protocols and procedures.
  • Provide education to clients on our services, including full-body sugaring, lash lifting and tinting, brow tinting, and brow lamination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout their experience, setting expectations and guiding them through the service.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and drive to succeed as a team player and individual.
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Share product knowledge with clients, closing retail sales and promoting our organic products.
  • Complete daily planners to track progress and achieve goals.
  • Ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of treatment rooms, adhering to state regulations and company standards.
  • Promote proper maintenance to clients, educating them on the importance of regular waxing and sugaring.
  • Follow communication guidelines and scripting to maintain a positive work environment and seamless client experience.
  • Tailor each client's experience to their needs, providing personalized attention and care.
  • Participate in team settings to further the success of each team member and the studio as a whole.
  • Attend quarterly staff meetings to stay informed and engaged.
