Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sugaring Specialist/Esthetician/Threader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Perform sugaring services that meet our quality and time standards, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Client Education: Educate clients on our services, including full-body sugaring for men and women, lash lifting and tinting, brow tinting, and brow lamination.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients throughout their experience, setting expectations and guiding them through their service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Sanitation and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment room, adhering to state regulations and company standards.
- Product Knowledge: Share product knowledge with clients, making recommendations based on their needs and closing retail sales.
- Time Management: Effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- TX State Esthetic License: Maintain a valid Texas state esthetic license.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of our products and services, with the ability to make recommendations based on client needs.
