Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Esthetician to join our team as a Skin Expert. As a Skin Expert, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skincare services, including facials, brow shaping, and waxing. You will also be responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that they feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
  • Service Delivery: Perform a range of skincare services, including facials, brow shaping, and waxing, to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Product Sales: Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRI products to guests, ensuring that they are aware of the benefits and features of our products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Compliance: Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate records of services performed.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology License: Possess a valid and active Cosmetology License, as required by law.
  • Experience: Have experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
  • Communication Skills: Possess developed communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
