Your Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: You will develop and oversee both organic and paid social media content to enhance customer interaction, anticipate market trends, and expand the company's social media audience.

  • Data Evaluation and Market Analysis: You will assess data and market trends to produce informative company resource articles that strengthen brand authority.
  • Customer Engagement: You will monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries, escalating issues as necessary to uphold the company's esteemed brand image.
  • SEO Initiatives: You will assist with SEO projects for the website, focusing on image tagging, site speed, and other optimization strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Collaborative Efforts: You will assist with various marketing tasks as needed and work closely with graphic design, purchasing, engineering, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and maintain accurate product information.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable marketing role
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.) and scheduling tools
  • Experience using Google Drive, editing software, and marketing and online applications (i.e., Google, CapCut, online analytics)
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Highly organized with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles
  • Fundamental knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Familiarity with onboarding products on marketplaces (Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) is a plus

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
