Job Summary

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to support a pivotal LOGIX program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule for multiple agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Support

    Provide IMS/IMP support to the program, ensuring seamless integration of government and contractor schedules.

  • Schedule Development and Maintenance

    Develop, integrate, and maintain multiple government and contractor schedules into the program's top-level Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and associated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

  • Schedule Risk Mitigation and Progress Reporting

    Develop solutions to mitigate schedule risk and achieve program goals and objectives. Report on program and project progress in accordance with the IMP.

  • Schedule Conflict Resolution and Best Practices

    Review and resolve critical path, inconsistencies, and conflicts. Identify and recommend scheduling best practices to ensure efficient schedule management.

  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development

    Solicit feedback from project teams to develop and maintain a WBS in accordance with PMI-PMBOK standards.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.

  • Technical Skills

    Ten (10) years' experience creating, maintaining, and tracking integrated master project schedules for programs exceeding $5M in cost, utilizing Microsoft Project scheduling software.

  • Project Management Experience

    Five (5) years' experience working with project managers to develop detailed schedules and assist in keeping these schedules current.

  • Department of Defense Experience

    At least three (3) years of direct experience working on a Department of Defense program is desired.

  • SAFe Certification

    Experience or certification with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired.

Desired Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of position-specific relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
