As a key member of our agile team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule that drives project progress and achievement of program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IMS/IMP support to the program, ensuring seamless integration of government and contractor schedules.
  • Develop and maintain multiple schedules, identifying and mitigating schedule risk to achieve program objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure in accordance with PMI-PMBOK standards.
  • Review and resolve critical path, inconsistencies, and conflicts, recommending scheduling best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and tracking integrated master project schedules, utilizing Microsoft Project software.
  • 5+ years of experience working with project managers to develop detailed schedules and assist in keeping these schedules current.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience with a Department of Defense program.
  • Experience or certification with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
