Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Real Estate Project Manager to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of corporate real estate projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance and Execution: Develop and manage project governance and execution processes to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of corporate real estate projects.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the bank's corporate real estate portfolio, including facilities design, construction, and renovation projects.
  • Business Strategy and Support: Partner with bank leadership and key stakeholders to understand business unit strategies and align project objectives, development, and execution to accomplish strategic objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and manage vendor relationships associated with corporate real estate project planning and execution activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop methods of measuring project and portfolio performance and convey project updates and performance results to the appropriate parties through metrics, reports, presentations, and other communications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, transaction management, lease administration, asset management, project management, or general management.
  • Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills, proven ability to drive strategic execution of multiple concurrent projects, ability to lead using a data-driven approach, strong organization and prioritization skills, business acumen/knowledge with the ability to navigate complex organizations, and advanced MS Office skills.
