We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Operations Program Manager to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving outcomes for vendor performance, monitoring work product quality and volume, and supporting the implementation of new vendor management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and monitor vendor strategy, identifying opportunities to develop vendor operations and processes.
- Support the implementation of new vendor management initiatives and contribute to project scoping and resource allocation.
- Help solve problems with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution, anticipating and addressing future issues.
- Influence across teams to align resources and direction, developing rich relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with continuous improvement specialists to develop new processes, procedures, methods, tests, and components.
- Create or maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and relevant training and certification programs.
- Optimize vendor productivity through effective forecasting and scheduling.
- Build new services and capabilities to improve vendor outcomes using novel Training & Transition methodology.
- Work with Quality Specialists or vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
- Define and promote a clear escalation process for product-specific queries and issues.
- Vet and approve access requests and hardware requests from vendors.
- Manage invoices and POs, ensuring vendor compliance with billing/cost processes.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts, discussing potential over-spend or under-spend with stakeholders.
- Set targets on a quarterly basis for vendor engagements and speak to vendor performance trends.
- Deliver business reviews summarizing vendor performance and exchanging feedback on scaling strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor engagements, answering questions and communicating operational updates.
- Drive quality performance management through QA insights and collection from vendors.
Requirements:
- Ability to evaluate offers and perform operational capacity analysis.
- Knowledge of ways to measure, analyze, and manage vendor performance to cut costs and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs and develop domain-specific technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of project planning methodology and business operations management.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence service level agreements and performance targets.
- Understanding of selection process and vendor onboarding.

Bachelor's Degree
