Job Title: Global CSA Merchandising Program Manager

At Premium Retail Services, we're seeking a highly skilled Global CSA Merchandising Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of global merchandising programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage planning and communication of in-store merchandising programs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define tactical requirements and scope for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Reinforce merchandising best practices from installation to end-of-life, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Identify trends in weekly merchandising compliance reports and communicate progress, performance, and best practices to stakeholders.
  • Manage various channel merchandising projects and processes, including initial planning, deployment, and reporting.
  • Test and report issues with demo software for multiple product lines, as needed.
  • Review and create installation guides to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage tactical operational project management of product launches and projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Generate and manage store lists, counts, and demo quantities for demo deployments.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in any field or equivalent retail experience of three years.
  • Minimum of three years experience in carrier/consumer electronic channel field merchandising or retail operations.
  • Experience working with vendor field teams and knowledge of basic merchandising processes or in-store fixtures, demo units, or demo software.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office.
  • Project management experience preferred.
