Key Responsibilities of a Pandora Sales Team Leader
  • Foster a store culture that radiates genuine enthusiasm for the brand, motivating team members to become brand advocates.
  • Ensure comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Pandora's specialized selling approach (SPARK) in all customer interactions.
  • Consistently meet and surpass individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inspire and guide a sales team to take ownership of both personal and collective store objectives.
  • Promote a high-performance sales environment that exceeds customer expectations and guarantees an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about current product launches and promotions, supporting corporate initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer/client base through effective engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive achievement of KPI goals.
  • Maintain a leadership presence on the sales floor, engaging in team selling and role-playing to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Always remain vigilant of customer needs to ensure a premier shopping experience while managing loss prevention.
  • Learn and assist in executing assigned responsibilities (talent, brand, operations, and customer experience) to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and operational processes, while continuously developing talent.
Qualifications for a Pandora Sales Team Leader
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment or a comparable brand is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of retail mathematics and key performance indicators.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in coaching a team towards high performance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (exceeding 30 minutes).
  • Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
