Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Dealer eProcess.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, providing professional support to enhance their experience, and training/educating them on our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build client relationships
  • Provide professional support to enhance customers' experience
  • Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Conduct dealer training
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
