Job Title: Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we're committed to providing exceptional patient care and a unique customer experience. As a Dispensary Associate, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers through their journey into cannabis, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience for all patients and guests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their effects, enabling you to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Facilitate customer purchases while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and customer service a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license for the Delivery Driver role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Physical stamina to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
