Dispensary Associate Job Description

At Trulieve, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a unique shopping experience. As a Dispensary Associate, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers through their journey into cannabis, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience for patients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their effects, enabling you to make informed recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.
  • Process patient orders efficiently and effectively, adhering to state regulations.
  • Assist with returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and customer service a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license for the Delivery Driver role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, upholding a high level of professionalism.
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to move throughout the facility, accurately communicate with others, and observe details at varying ranges. The employee must also be able to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, push/pull objects up to 50lbs, and ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps.

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours depending on store needs, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position will work up to 25 hours per week and will be available 'after hours' based on business needs.
