Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Dispensary Associate, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and their effects, enabling you to make informed recommendations.
- Work closely with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.
- Process patient orders efficiently and effectively, adhering to state regulations.
- Assist with returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and customer service a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
- Prior cash handling experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion, upholding a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, with occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to see and hear, or use prosthetics to enable these senses, to ensure the requirements of this position can be fully met.
- Flexible hours, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
