Dispensary Associate Job Description

At Trulieve, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a unique customer experience. As a Dispensary Associate, you'll play a vital role in guiding customers through their journey into cannabis, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience for all patients and guests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their effects, enabling you to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Process patient orders efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Document customer issues and concerns, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and customer service a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license for delivery driver roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Work Environment:

As a Dispensary Associate, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You'll be required to move intermittently throughout the workday, with occasional lifting and bending.
