Requirements:
">- Current NP licensure and national certification in family medicine, gerontology, or adult-gerontology primary care
- Proven experience in home health care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate various dwelling conditions
The estimated salary for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
