Healthcare Professional for Patient Care

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a Medical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for patient care and will be responsible for administrative duties in addition to patient care.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a 'back-office' direct patient care setting, with a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
- Take vital signs, give injections, perform diagnostic tests, collect specimens, draw blood, sterilize and clean equipment, and maintain examination rooms at an outpatient care site.
- Collaborate closely with Physicians and Nurses to deliver direct patient care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CPR certification and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Microsoft Outlook is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
