Job Title: Certified Patient Advocate

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab. As a CNA, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible individual who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $12-$15 per hour depending on experience
