Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.

The ideal candidate will have current LPN licensure in the state of Kentucky, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Additionally, they must be CPR certified.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
  • Completes a progress note for each visit, and submits progress notes to the agency daily.
  • Continually observes and reports the patients nursing needs.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
