Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Universal Banker who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional financial services. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and promote our range of financial products and services.

  • Provide valuable assistance to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with professionalism and care.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or related role.
  • Previous experience in banking is preferred, along with knowledge of financial products and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.

Work Schedule

This full-time position typically operates Monday through Friday, with some Saturday availability to ensure excellent customer service. Occasional travel may be necessary.
