Position Overview
We are currently seeking passionate individuals for the role of Client Care Worker/Customer Care Worker. This position is essential in addressing the needs of our program clients and encouraging their active participation in services that facilitate their journey towards independent living.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Care Worker/Customer Care Worker will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Facilitating client engagement in daily program activities while ensuring adherence to clients' rights and program regulations.
- Assisting clients with transportation to appointments and managing logistical aspects such as bed assignments and inventory of supplies.
- Maintaining accurate records of client information in our electronic database.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while managing the distribution of essential items such as meal cards, mail, and toiletries.
- Conducting regular safety rounds to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff.
- Responding to emergencies, including crisis intervention, first aid, and fire safety protocols as necessary.
- Documenting incidents as per program guidelines and reporting any violations of client rights or non-compliance promptly.
- Driving agency vehicles for client transportation when required.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
- A clean and valid driver's license is preferred.
