This role will be responsible for driving enrollment growth and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Riverside and San Bernardino areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enrollment growth strategies to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall choice rates and assignment percentages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key providers, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to promote Molina's products and services.
  • Direct the coordination and development of marketing and promotional materials to support enrollment growth initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of enrollment growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development, community relations, or healthcare administration.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development, community relations, or healthcare-related activities.
  • 3 years of managed-care experience, including knowledge of advertising requirements for Medicaid and Medicare media campaigns.
  • Prior work experience in a supervisory capacity, demonstrating excellent organizational, prioritizing, and motivational skills.
  • Experience in negotiation, sales, or marketing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous healthcare enrollment, marketing, and/or sales experience.
  • Fluency in a second language highly desirable.
  • Prior demonstrated work experience in a managerial capacity.
