Job Summary

The Community Specialist is a key role in executing the store's community strategy, fostering relationships with local partners, and delivering a world-class guest experience. This position requires a strong understanding of community building, relationship management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement community strategies, including events and partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local key partners, such as Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studio owners.
  • Engage with the local community to identify future partnership opportunities and increase the store's visibility as a community hub.
  • Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless guest experience.
  • Attend and support local and regional community events.
  • Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
  • Review community-related business data and metrics to inform store leadership on community initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
  • Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Work Context
  • Work can occur in various locations and environments, including moving through the store with bright lights and loud music, and at locations throughout the community.
  • Work involves building relationships with new people, strengthening community partnerships, and participating in events related to fitness or movement.
  • Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices.
Compensation & Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $19.00- $21.85/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional $3 per hour, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total target compensation range between $22.00- $24.85/ hour.
