Job Overview
Northwestern Mutual is seeking a seasoned HR professional to fill the role of Assistant Director, HR Business Partner. This position will be based in the location.

This key role will play a critical part in delivering business results through strategic people strategies. The successful candidate will partner with leadership teams across multiple departments to co-create organizational and people strategies that drive business outcomes. With a strong focus on talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, workforce planning, data analytics, and engagement, this individual will leverage their expertise to develop and implement proactive solutions that align with enterprise goals.

A minimum of 7-10 years of human resources experience is required, including a Bachelor's degree in HR or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Significant experience as a business partner to top leadership teams is essential. Demonstrated expertise in business and talent strategy, workforce planning, data analytics, organizational design, and talent management is necessary for success in this role.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
