As a Senior Director of Client Management, you will lead the business outcomes and drivers supported by a complex ecosystem of processes and technologies for our advisors and teams.

You will partner closely with key business areas to deliver exceptional experiences for our field team. This includes how advisors manage their new clients throughout the sales funnel, manage their books of business, and work within a modern and secure digital workplace.

The primary duties and responsibilities include leading the advancement and ongoing improvement of an enterprise-wide Field Experience capability to provide insights and facilitate solutions to field problems throughout the sales funnel and book management.

You will ensure that efforts to modernize the field digital workplace and secure client and field data are optimized for business impact and field experience.

Additionally, you will partner with other senior leaders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and integration of the Field Experience capability with other related functions, processes, and capabilities.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business outcomes while aligning to Northwestern Mutual's technology strategy.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum 10 years of progressive responsibility management level experience, broad knowledge of current and emerging industry trends, and ability to set and implement strategic direction in the field experience space.

A strong leader of a diverse, high-performing team with proven people leadership skills, technical aptitude, strategic agility, forward thinking, process management, team building, and interpersonal savvy is essential.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $121,030 - $224,770 per year, depending on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
