Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team at Numotion. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Medical Supply Account Managers to develop and grow our Urology and Medical Supply business within our current CRT and National markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities of direct reports, including recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff as needed.
  • Assess competency, capacity, and performance of direct reports and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profit targets and quarterly sales goals.
  • Support Medical Supply Account Managers in negotiation and closure of deals as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders and executives to drive business growth and development.
  • Represent Numotion at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to build relationships and expand our presence in the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of direct sales experience, with a minimum of three years of management/leadership level experience.
  • Valid drivers' license and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Experience in healthcare, CRT, DME, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Proven successful experience in business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both written and orally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities to meet expected deadlines.
