We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Chef to join our team in the South region. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing support and expertise to our sales and marketing teams in the development of innovative food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide culinary support and technical expertise to our sales team in the South region.
- Develop and implement new product ideas and recipes that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with our commercial team to integrate data insights and guidelines into recipe creation.
- Travel up to 20% of the time to support events and culinary activities.
- Execute special projects and activities as requested by the head of the Culinary Department.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a corporate or regional chef role.
- Must have a minimum of an AOS in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Must earn and maintain professional certification with a leading culinary organization within the first 18 months of employment.
- Strong knowledge of basic and advanced culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reports to the head of the Culinary Department.
- Works daily with the Corporate Executive Chef, West Coast.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must be physically able to work in a classic kitchen setting.
