Job Title: Corporate Chef, South

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Chef to join our team in the South region. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing support and expertise to our sales and marketing teams in the development of innovative food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide culinary support and technical expertise to our sales team in the South region.
  • Develop and implement new product ideas and recipes that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to integrate data insights and guidelines into recipe creation.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to support events and culinary activities.
  • Execute special projects and activities as requested by the head of the Culinary Department.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a corporate or regional chef role.
  • Must have a minimum of an AOS in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Must earn and maintain professional certification with a leading culinary organization within the first 18 months of employment.
  • Strong knowledge of basic and advanced culinary techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Relationships:
  • Reports to the head of the Culinary Department.
  • Works daily with the Corporate Executive Chef, West Coast.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Must be physically able to work in a classic kitchen setting.
