Job Title: Centralized Support Specialist I

At TEKsystems, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Centralized Support Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare contact center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our patients and their care partners.

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and has a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. As a Centralized Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for managing phone and message inquiries from our patients and their care partners, navigating complex healthcare systems, and collaborating with providers and operations team members to complete urgent tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone and message inquiries from patients and their care partners, providing timely and accurate responses to their needs.
  • Navigate complex healthcare systems, including insurance, billing, and appointment management.
  • Collaborate with providers and operations team members to complete urgent tasks and ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Use impeccable communication skills to ensure a positive virtual experience for patients and their care partners.
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System, to interact with team members and patients.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including medical records, authorizations, referrals, and care coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Medical Record Systems.
