This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers about our diverse range of financial products and services, ensuring they are informed about all available options.
  • Address and escalate customer issues to the Store Manager or District Director of Operations when necessary.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing assistance with general inquiries and customer applications.
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer service, sales, and collections, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, offering solutions and ensuring a supportive experience.
  • Utilize active listening skills to engage with customers, confirming details and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including managing a cash drawer and performing bank deposits as required.
  • Reconcile daily sales reports with cash receipts, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Verify customer information to ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Process various transactions in accordance with company policies, including loans and check cashing.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Complete required compliance training in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling is preferred.
  • Strong skills in customer service, active listening, and both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable personal transportation is necessary, along with a valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work environment may include retail, office, or call center settings.
  • Frequent cash handling responsibilities.
  • Extended periods of phone usage and standing.
  • Prolonged computer screen viewing and typing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Travel and Attendance:

  • Must be able to travel to various locations within the assigned district using personal vehicle.
  • Occasional travel to neighboring districts may be required.
  • Overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Must adhere to scheduled shifts as assigned.
