Retail Operations Supervisors often juggle multiple tasks, covering various departments on the floor, and frequently assist at the register to resolve any issues (computer proficiency is a significant aspect of the job).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management of staff to ensure sales targets are achieved and company protocols are adhered to accurately.
  • Distribute tasks among team members to meet merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Prioritize customer service as the foremost objective.
  • Leverage available inventory reports to minimize shrinkage, maintain appropriate stock levels, and enhance inventory accuracy.
  • Uphold safety policies and procedures, serving as a model for safety practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Proficient with computers and smart devices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day, lifting up to 50lbs.
