Job Title: Health Unit Coordinator II/CMR

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment as a Health Unit Coordinator II/CMR. In this role, you will provide critical support to the clinical team, ensuring seamless patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff, physicians, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, notifying nursing staff of any abnormalities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, chart maintenance, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a positive patient experience and high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Health Unit Coordinator or in a related healthcare role.
  • Competent in reading and math at the 9th and 7th grade levels, respectively.
  • Typing skills at 25 words per minute.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in medical terminology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Health Unit Coordinator certification.
  • Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
