Job Title: Associate Director, Global Income Tracking

Job Purpose:

Manage internal processes related to capturing, mapping, and preserving royalty and other data points by collaborating with various internal departments and external license/royalty sources.

Assist with IT development initiatives to maintain and preserve data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review source data files, including royalty, usage, and licensing files, to improve and maintain proper mapping and integration into internal systems.
  • Work with Licensing, Income Tracking, Global Royalties, Global Affiliates, and Information Technology departments to improve royalty and licensing data integration.
  • Review and analysis of incoming royalty files to ensure critical data is being properly captured and reported to clients.
  • Provide cyclical royalty summaries and financial reporting.
  • Field questions from outside departments to ensure proper processing and quality assurance.
  • Assist with IT development initiatives.
  • Manage various ad hoc requests and projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to quickly learn systems and apply technical solutions to increase efficiencies.
  • Experience working with large data files and managing large data sets.
  • Excellent analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance work between multiple departments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required.
  • Experience with SQL required; experience with Jira, Confluence, and AWS is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of royalties, income tracking, and/or other related experience required.
  • Experience working with publisher royalty statement files is a plus.
