Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead our Quality team and oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of driving quality and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards, including FDA and ISO regulations.
  • Identify, direct, and monitor audits, both internal and external, and assist with supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor Quality management staff to promote personnel development and succession planning, and provide guidance on quality management best practices.
  • Review and deliver Quality Budget to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, sales, planning, and other departments to support product development, manufacturing, and commercialization activities.
  • Drive a culture of quality and regulatory compliance throughout the organization, promoting awareness and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements among all employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Quality experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • 7-10 years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
