Job Summary:

This is a full-time, hourly customer service job with a focus on management. The compensation for this role is $17 to $20 per hour and is paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, store maintenance, inventory management, and customer service
  • Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed consistently by all team members
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
  • Assist with financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting
  • Act as the Store Manager in their absence

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and occasional overtime
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
