Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Flik Hospitality Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
  • Serving and Presentation: Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature, and is attractive and tasty.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and storing or discarding excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required, and assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
  • Job Safety: Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
