Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Operations Coach to join our team at Walmart. As an Asset Protection Operations Coach, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies to prevent loss and protect company assets
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to identify and prevent theft and other forms of loss
  • Collaborate with store management and associates to identify and address safety and security concerns
  • Provide training and coaching to associates on asset protection procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and analyze loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in asset protection or a related field
  • Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
