Job Summary

As a GM Coach at Walmart, you will lead and develop high-performing teams to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage store operations, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop teams to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve customer service, sales, and profitability
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives, including community outreach programs
  • Drive financial performance and sales growth through effective budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
  • Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement action plans to improve business performance

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00, and additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure (CS) may also be included in additional compensation for certain positions.
