Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations, working with store associates to complete projects on schedule.
  • Travel frequently, up to 1000 miles from home, for extended periods of time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and design managers, to provide feedback and identify design changes.
  • Monitor sales and project budgets, assessing the economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • 6 months retail experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leading a cross-functional team.
  • Masters: Business.
  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute) - Certification.
