Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. As a key member of our strategic projects group, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, processing drawings, and coordinating RFI submittals. You will work closely with project managers, lead engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, RFI submittals, and project reports.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring that all necessary documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Process drawings and ensure that they are properly routed to the relevant team members.
- Coordinate with project managers, lead engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing project reports and tracking project progress.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Experience with MS Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Familiarity with project management software, including ProjectWise, Blue beam, and Adobe Pro.
