Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding teams effectively, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares job schedule, budget, and materials list and reviews with crew members and customer
  • Provides estimates on change orders for current projects
  • Overseeing & supporting production daily to ensure employees are on budget and schedule
  • Performs inspections/site walkthroughs to identify progress and address potential issues as early as possible and to ensure the project adheres to the timeline
  • Responsible for ensuring that issues like equipment downtime are addressed promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions to the project schedule
  • Updates project data without delay in CRM and all project tracking systems
  • Develops and maintains client relationships through frequent communication and site visits
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and project team
  • Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
  • Participates in meetings, committees, educational opportunities, etc., as requested/required
  • Provide exceptional support to Crew Foreman and build a performance culture among the team
  • Service all Renu Painting customers to meet their painting needs and build customers for life
  • Develop a close working relationship with the Project Estimators to ensure all expectations set forth with the customers are met and best executed
  • Develop a recruiting, training, and retention program for the crew members and properly onboard them to set them up for production success
Requirements
  • Leadership abilities to oversee and guide teams effectively
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations for quality assurance and compliance
  • Problem-solving capabilities to address unexpected challenges and changes in project scope
  • You enjoy holding people accountable
  • Budgeting and cost management skills to allocate resources efficiently and control project expenses
  • Risk management proficiency to anticipate and mitigate potential hazards or delays
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and optimize project timelines
  • Previous experience in the painting industry is preferred but not required
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with construction software and technology for project tracking and documentation
  • You aren't afraid to learn new skills and teach them to others
  • You have a current driver's license and reliable transportation
