We are seeking a proactive individual to support the management of our Loan Operations Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the bank's loan servicing functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and formulating departmental policies and procedures. This position entails supervising loan workflows, conducting audits, and ensuring precise accounting records.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exemplary customer service principles with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee loan funding, disbursement, and reconciliation activities
  • Monitor loan closing statuses and generate reports
  • Conduct audits, certifications, and reporting tasks
  • Implement policies and guidelines governing loan servicing operations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • A minimum of six years of experience in loan documentation and servicing
  • At least two years in a supervisory capacity
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel

Bilingual Requirement: Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred.
