Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Opportunities for Positive Growth Inc. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to create personalized plans and provide support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Create person-centered documents, such as Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans
  • Implement plans through weekly sessions with individuals to work on behavioral goals
  • Consult and train with individuals' support systems, including family, friends, and other providers
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA, social work, special education, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or another applied health service area of psychology
  • Ability to legally work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license and properly maintained vehicle with insurance
  • CPR/First Aid certification

Estimated Salary Range:

$40-$44 per hour, approximately $83,200 - $91,680 per year (based on 20 hours/week).
