About the Role:

Job Summary:

The Clinical Care Specialist will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals under their care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing and current licensure in the State of Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Indiana.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Estimated Salary:

$90,500 per year
