About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Marion Health. This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Job Summary:The Clinical Care Specialist will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals under their care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing and current licensure in the State of Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular health assessments and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Working Conditions:This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Estimated Salary:$90,500 per year
