Compensation:$80,000 - $120,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Promptly respond to all incoming inquiries and client requests for information.
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct thorough research on investment and partnership models, real estate market trends, and prepare necessary documentation such as letters of intent and contracts.
- Establish strong relationships with prospects and clients to effectively address objections and finalize agreements.
- Evaluate property values and conditions through comprehensive research, outreach, data analysis, site evaluations, and market assessments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with professional phone etiquette.
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desirable.
- A genuine enthusiasm for real estate asset sales and a goal-driven mindset are essential.
