Imagine being part of a dedicated team of real estate professionals focused on property transactions. Each day, you can expect a stream of high-quality leads delivered directly to your notifications. Your role will involve making calls, scheduling appointments, attending meetings, and negotiating offers on behalf of the organization.
While Diamond Equity manages various renovations, your primary focus as an Acquisitions Manager will be on deal negotiations, rather than overseeing construction projects. Successful Acquisition Managers thrive on hard work, maintain disciplined habits in lead follow-up and technology management, and relish the excitement of closing deals.
A background in sales is essential. Previous experience in automotive sales, home improvement sales, or real estate is highly desirable for the Acquisition Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:- Contact High-Quality Leads & Arrange Appointments to Present Offers
- Draft Offers
- Deliver Offers in Person During Appointments
- Oversee Negotiations Throughout the Process
- Maintain Weekly Follow-Ups with Sellers
- Facilitate the Closing Process
- Must have reliable transportation
- Preferred sales experience (automotive, real estate, acquisitions, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Podio) is a plus
- Strong aptitude for technology (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
- Experience in construction management is advantageous
- Real estate experience is beneficial but not mandatory
