About the Role

Catchafire is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Catchafire team to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the nonprofit or social enterprise sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
